Mrs. Heinrich has experience in health care centers in Butler County since 1967 when she took over the lease to Walnut Valley Manor in Augusta, Kansas and became administrator of that facility. Prior to 1967, she was the administrator of a facility in Wichita, Kansas. In 1971 she took over the lease to Knutson Manor Nursing Center, a 60 bed facility, in El Dorado, Kansas and became the administrator in that facility as well as being lessee of Walnut Valley Manor. In 1981, she expanded Knutson Manor Nursing Center by 60 beds and added skilled care to the facility. Today this facility now LakePoint Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of El Dorado is Medicaid, Medicare, and one of the few VA approved facilities in Kansas. Mrs. Heinrich currently holds a Kansas Administrators License, is an active member of the Kansas Health Care Association and has served on its Peer Review Team. She currently is active in the management of the operations of LakePoint Nursing of El Dorado.
