Mr. Wilkerson has been a Health Services administrator since 1969. He is a past president of the Kansas Health Services Association. He has 32 years of experience as an administrator including a recent 20 year period as the Chief Executive Officer and Administrator of Augusta Medical Complex. In addition he has served as Executive Director of the Housing Authority of the City of Oxford Kansas. During this 32 year period he has coordinated and supervised the development and construction of HUD Section 8 rental projects, Farmers Home Administration senior housing project, and the development of Cotton Wood Point independent living project in Augusta Kansas.
